Phase 1: Work Readiness training (1200 participants)

The program contributes to the development of the personal and professional skills of female students, and helps them become prepared in a competitive professional field through many skills, which are critical thinking - communication - cooperation – innovation-problem solving and more.
Phase 2: Technical trainings and field visits (550 participants)
These technical and practical trainings are based on supply chain tracks, sales and technology, then the students go on field visits and job shadowing to many of the program partners sites.
Phase 3: Employability Bootcamp (250 participants)
The Employment Bootcamp is designed to provide participants with a “workplace simulation” experience, and they will have the opportunity to apply what they learned through tasks related to the selected tracks.
Phase 4: Career Summit for all 1200 Participants
The program participants will also have a chance to attend a career summit where they will meet representatives from 100+ companies in Egypt to increase their chances to be hired in different jobs.
Phase 5: Recruitment
At the end of program 100 female graduates will receive internships and employment opportunities at PepsiCo Egypt, Vodafone Egypt and at the largest companies in the Egyptian market. 46 Graduates will be eligible to land internships .. See More
At the end of program 100 female graduates will receive internships and employment opportunities at PepsiCo Egypt, Vodafone Egypt and at the largest companies in the Egyptian market. 46 Graduates will be eligible to land internships in Retail and Technology at Vodafone Egypt.
PepsiCo Egypt launches the second edition of the "She Works Wonders" program in cooperation with INJAZ Egypt, the strategic partner Vodafone Egypt and a number of partners from the private sector and civil society organizations and funded by PepsiCo Foundation.
This year we go Bigger!
- Increasing the number of beneficiaries by 100% and recruiting 1,200 participants, which is double the number targeted in the first edition.
- Providing the largest number of trainings and employment opportunities through our program partners.
- The participants will have the chance to learn from +30 leaders and entrepreneurs to mentor and guide participants throughout the program.
About the program
This year, the trainings will focus on supply chain and sales tracks, and a new track has been added, which is the technology track led by the strategic partner of the program “Vodafone Egypt”. These trainings aim to build the girls' technical and personal capacities to qualify them for the labor market in these fields.

Eligibility Criteria
1- Be a female fresh graduate in 2023 from Engineering, Commerce, Computer Science and related studies.
2- Be devoted to the entire duration of the program to achieve the highest benefits.
3- Be a resident in: Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Tanta, Minya governorates.
